Eddie Chambers, Professor of Art History at the University of Texas at Austin, considers the the long-overdue removal of statues honoring white supremacists-- in the U.S., and around the world.


Chambers is the son of Jamaican immigrants to Britain. He is the author of Roots & Culture: Cultural Politics in the Making of Black Britain.
